All 8 round-1 fixes verified against round-1 snapshot reads: (1) Date corrected April 22 (matches Nature paper datePublished); (2) 'Cover Study' removed from title and body — could not be sourced; (3) Specifically misattributed numerical specs (200 fps, 9000 rpm, 14 m/s, 20ms/230ms, 8-joint breakdown, 'thousands of simulation hours') removed — replaced with what IE actually confirms (nine high-speed cameras, event-based sensors, reacts in milliseconds, RL); (4) '7 of 13 games' re-attributed to Nature paper; >75% spin removed; (5) Dürr quote re-attributed to Fortune; (6) Elite/pro breakdown re-attributed to the Nature paper rather than the paywalled Nature news summary; (7) Paraphrase replaced with paper's actual guarded wording 'to our knowledge the first real-world autonomous system competitive with elite human table tennis players'; (8) Fortune ITTF attribution moved to Nature paper + IE.

All round-1 attribution issues cleanly resolved. The bot took the conservative trim approach for unsourceable specs rather than introducing claims it couldn't back up. Some color (player names Ando/Sone, Tokyo test environment, late-2025/early-2026 follow-up framing) was also trimmed for fact safety — that's a minor loss of context but a fair tradeoff given the bot couldn't independently verify those details against the cited snapshots.
